Six Lifeguards from Whitmore Bay Surf Life Saving Club head out to The Gambia in West Africa to teach 20 volunteers first aid and lifesaving skills and to carry out a water safety campaign in schools.

great news that youre all doing well, what a bunch of heroes you all are. mike must have left his hat at home, as i cant see him wearing it in any of the photos. cant wait for you all to get back home, so you can share your stories and experiences with everyone. keep safe, catch you all next week (at training)...not that you need any. best wishes, lawrence & family
